The session starts with a consultation to establish the client's goals and expectations from the treatments, and also to discuss any concerns and relevant medical history. This would help tailor the treatment to the specific needs of the client.
Each Zone Face Lift treatment is bespoke and customised to best serve each client, but the main part of the Zone Face Lift involves a combination of facial reflexology, facial massage, use of facial tools such as Gua Sha, Zone Face Lift facial products and hot towels to steam and cleanse the face.
Due to the face's proximity to the brain, you can expect to reach deep relaxation in minutes.
